We start most runs on each day at Walter Sanders Memorial Park (http://www1.toronto.ca/parks/prd/facilities/complex/836/)
We then proceed to a road route, trail route, hill
location or local track, etc. depending on the type of workout. Most weeks are posted at least 2 weeks in advance for those who like to wrap their head around the workouts in advance. However, some workouts we just leave as a surprise...a different kind of
workout for sure!
